The Meal Food is designed to be usable by as many people as possible, including those using assistive technology.
Standard
We work toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Features include:
- A "skip to main content" link and logical heading order.
- Navigation, filters, forms and the season finder that work fully with a keyboard, with visible focus.
- Visible labels on all form fields, plus descriptive text for every dish illustration.
- Season colors are always paired with text labels, so information never relies on color alone.
- Responsive layouts that work on small screens and with browser zoom.
Limitations
Some third-party content, such as ads, may not meet these standards. We continue to review and improve the site.
